Ensemble Le Romain Česky Deutsch Pictures
The Le Romain ensemble focuses on the historical interpretation of 17th and 18th century music and the copies of period instruments. The ensemble cast allows performing trio sonatas and suites as well as solo compositions on individual instruments. The repertoire includes compositions by composers such as J. M. Hotteterre, J. P. Rameau, J. B. de Boismortier, G. Ph. Telemann, J. J. Quantz, J. S. Bach, J. J. Froberger, D. Scarlatti, A. Corelli, F. Barsanti and others. Based on the cooperation with other singers and instrumentalists, the repertoire possibilities are further extended.

Influenced by the earlier performing practice, the ensemble is not limited to playing concerts only but also performs at a variety of dance performances or reconstructions of baroque festivals, and social and cultural events.
